What is Gwynux ?
Gwynux started out as a distribution of Linux developed by Toadware Technologies of Ottawa Ontario.
It was used over the years for many projects requiring a custom distribution of Linux containing only the required
programs for a particular purpose or project. Often we did not have the space or time to load a full generalized version of Linux.
We are not alone in this endeavor. MANY small distributions of Linux sprung up mostly based on major distributions
but customized to fit a particular application or area of interest. There are now hundreds of them.
Eventually Gwynux evolved into a set of tools to build and customize a linux distribution.
Gwynux is now a system for you to use to build your own custom Linux distribution to suit your purpose.
